Underwhelming Stay at Expected Standards

The breakfast selection at Embu met expectations with a variety of choices.
The front desk staff seemed unhelpful when I asked for directions to the nearby mall. The staff member directed me to walk through the carpark entrance and exit, which I found to be quite unsafe and inappropriate.

the rooms have modern design and updated facilities. the minibar had a wide selection of products. the bed was comfortable for restful sleep. i especially appreciated the club benefits that added value to my stay.
the replies from the whatsapp service took at least thirty minutes. the pillow request needed ninety minutes from request to arrival in the room. this slow response affected my initial comfort.

the service was top notch from check-in to the lounge. warm hearted service and comfortable beds were notable. the room was gorgeous and offered an expansive view. they replaced my pillows when i asked for firmer ones (much appreciated). they made me a custom cocktail when i could not decide.
communication was a little spotty on the day i arrived. it reminded me of the hotel struggled to handle a large number of customer arrivals.

the room featured comfortable beds. towels were generously provided. a dyson hairdryer was available for use. the bathroom included a separate shower and soaking tub.

the staff demonstrated great attentiveness and friendliness. my requests via the line app received immediate responses. the hotel addressed every need with a smile. the bell service was very prompt and efficient.

the hotel provides a pleasant outdoor pool. complimentary use of cabanas is available. i could see marina bay sands directly from the pool. the gym contains treadmills and stationary bikes.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! The buffet included various delicious options. I had a great bed with fantastic pillows.

Really good Service and Great Facilities

The service I received from the front desk was very professional. They helped my family find accommodations on short notice. The facilities were also excellent. The wedding banquet food was delicious. I especially loved that the dishes were individually plated. I commend Yee Peng, who offered us a flower bouquet and ribbon.
